هدف الدراسة: معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية الموجودة بين الأنماط القيادية والإبداع لدى إطارات مديريات الشباب والرياضة لولايات \" مسيلة برج ، بوعريريج ، سطيف\" النتائج المتوصل إليها: هناك علاقة إيجابية ضعيفة بين النمط القيادي الديمقراطي والإبداع الإداري لدى إطارات م. ش .ر . هناك علاقة سالبة بين النمط القيادي الحر والإبداع الإداري لدى إطارات م. ش .ر. هناك علاقة سالبة بين النمط القيادي التسلطي والإبداع الإداري لدى إطارات م. ش .ر. وميزة خصوصيته وذلك بموازنة عمله هذا مع أعمال غيره في الفنّ نفسه، لاسيما في مجال النّظم.
