Overview
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate technical performance of Agricultural Bank in Libya using data envelopment analysis (DEA). Constant return to scale (CRS) and variable return to scale (VRS) are used in order to measure the relative efficiency. This study used data from the Agricultural Bank during the period (2005-2010). The results showed that , (CRS) only in the first year is efficient, whereas the other areas suffer from inefficient .In regard (VRS), the results are showed the north and east area Achieved efficient in the first, second, third and fifth years respectively, but the south area Achieved efficient in the first, fifth, and sixth years.
