Overview
كشفت هذه الدراسة العديد من الخصائص الجغرافية لمنطقة سهل بنغازي، كالتركيب الجيولوجي العام، وأن التكوين الصخري لمنطقة الدراسة عبارة عن صخور جيرية والتي عكست خصائصها على نوع التربة السائدة في منطقة الدراسة، أما مظاهر السطح فتميز فيها السهل باستوائه العام، كما كشفت هذه الدراسة أنه بالإمكان تصنيف التربة جغرافيا وذلك بعد دراسة خصائص التربة الفيزيائية والكيميائية في منطقة الدراسة، ولقد أمكن رسم خريطة تصنيفية موضحا عليها هذه التصانيف الجغرافية للتربة في منطقة الدراسة. والتي أظهرت اختلافا في خصائص التربة الفيزيائية والكيميائية المدروسة لكل تصنيف.
