Overview
Le Maroc a actuellement un besoin énorme en matière de services et d'infrastructures économiques et sociales, mais il rencontre encore des contraintes de financement très importantes. Certes, le PPP permettra au Maroc d'alléger ses dépenses publiques, l'augmentation de sa capacité de financement, le développement de ses infrastructures. Cependant, il serait important d'analyser le PPP, dans ses différentes dimensions, ses impacts dans un pays comme le Maroc, et d'analyser dans quelle mesure cette politique pourrait lui être opportune sachant qu'elle a fait preuve de réussite que d'échecs dans d'autres pays qui ont accumulé une large expérience dans ce domaine depuis des années.
