دراسة نقدية لطبعة حديثة لكتاب صدر بعنوان \"مذكراتي السياسية مع الملك عبد العزيز\" منسوب لجون (عبدالله) فيلبي (1303- 1380ه/ 1885- 1960م)، وقد بينت الدراسة أن الكتاب ما هو إلا كتاب فيلبي الذي أصدره عن دار النشر روبرت هيل (R. Hale) عام 1372ه (1952م) بعنوان \"الذكرى العربية Arabian Jubilee\" بمناسبة ذكرى مرور خمسين عاماً على حكم الملك عبد العزيز، وأن ناشر الكتاب (الدار العربية للموسوعات) عمد إلى طبعه بعنوان مغاير مخلاً بقواعد المنهج العلمي والأمانة العلمية، علاوة على مجيء الترجمة ركيكة الأسلوب غير واضحة في كثير من نصوصها، وتضمنت أخطاء تاريخية وتصحيفاً لكثير من أسماء الأعلام والأماكن.
