Overview
فهذا البحث دراسة موجزة عن ختان الأنثى (الخفاض)، وقد بدأت البحث بمقدمة تحدثت فيها عن معنى الختان والخفض، ثم جاء المبحث الأول: عن الأحاديث الواردة في ختان الأنثى (الخفاض). وأما المبحث الثاني: فقد ذكرت أحاديث عامة وردت في الختان. وذكرت في المبحث الثالث: آثار الصحابة الواردة في ختان الأنثى (الخفاض). وخصصت في المبحث الرابع: لشرح الأحاديث. وذكرت في المبحث الخامس: مشروعية الختان وحكمته وبيان القدر الذي يؤخذ، والفرق بين الختان المشروع والفرعوني - وذكرت في المبحث السادس: أقوال العلماء في حكم ختان الأنثى. ثم ذكرت في المبحث السابع: المانعون من ختان الأنثى والرد على شبهاتهم. ثم ذكرت الخاتمة. وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وآله وصحبه وسلم تسليماً.
