Overview
الثقافة الأمنية مفهوم جديد يستخدم من قبل المؤسسات الأمنية والحكومية لإشاعة الوعي بين كافة فئات المجتمع، والتي تهدف إلى إيجاد جيل يشارك الأجهزة الأمنية في منع الجريمة والوقاية منها، بمعنى أن الأمن مسؤولية الجميع وأصبحت الثقافة الأمنية استراتيجية تتبعها الشعوب لتحقيق التكيف والضبط الاجتماعي خاصة بعد ما شهده العالم خلال السنوات الأخيرة من تغيرات أثرت على مختلف مجالات الحياة الاقتصادية الاجتماعية والسياسية...الخ.n وقد أفرزت تلك التغيرات حاجة الدول إلى تنمية الثقافة الأمنية وتعميم الوعي بين الأفراد وإيجاد بيئة تساعد على التطور ودفع عجلة التنمية.
