Overview
تناولت الدراسة موضوع مفهوم الأولويات لما له من أهمية خاصة لكثرة تداوله في واقعنا، وتوصلت إلى أنه القاعدة المبنية على فهم الأنسب والأجدر من الأعمال، ومعرفة فاضل الأعمال ومفضولها، وراجحها ومرجوحها، بناء على العلم بمراتبها، وبالواقع الذي يتطلبها، بغرض تحقيق أهم المصالح بأخف الأضرار، ومعرفة النتائج التي يؤول إليها تطبيق تلك الأعمال. وقد قمنا بتأصيل مفهوم الأولويات شرعا باستقراء نصوص القرآن الكريم، والسنة، وأقوال بعض العلماء وتحليل هذه النصوص والأقوال، وأبرزت الدراسة ان مبدأ مراعاة الأولويات ثابت ومحدد في الشريعة الإسلامية وان الشواهد على ترتيب الأولويات كثيرة. وتبين من خلال الدراسة أن هناك بعض المحددات التي تساعد على ضبط منهجية تريب الأولويات وكيفية مراعاتها.
