تقدم هذا الدراسة مكانة التحفيز كمعيار جودة في الحديث النبوي الشريف، وقد كان صلى الله عليه وسلم. يرفع من مستوى الخطاب التأهيلي التربوي في بناء الإنسان الصالح، حتى يكون أنموذجا اجتماعيا مؤثرا في جميع المجالات المادية منها والمعنوية، وكانت ضمن منهجية واضحة وليست وليدة فكرة انقدحت في الأذهان. وتشير الدراسة أيضا إلى مرتكزات الجودة في الخطاب النبوي في تحويل المجتمع من الحالة الهامشية إلى المكانة المتميزة على الساحة الدولية، وكم هي حاجة المجتمعات اليوم إلى جودة ذلك الخطاب، والإسهام في الاستقرار الاجتماعي. وكان للتحفيز الدور البارز في دفع الفرد للتفاني في العمل المتميز، الذي يرقى بالمجتمع إلى رأس هرم معايير الجودة، وبينت الدراسة أهمية التحفيز في إيجاد الأجواء الإيجابية في مناخ العمل البشري.
