إن من أنعم النظر في قواعد الاستدلال عند الإمام القرطبي يجد تنوّعاً فريداً من حيث التوكؤ على منظومة الظواهر وما وقّـته أهلها، واستدلالا واستئناسا بمنظومة أهل الباطن، وهاته الأخيرة ما لقيت حظّا من الذكر لسبب أو لآخرـ فكان لزاما بيان أهم تلك القواعد التي ساقها القرطبي رحمه الله نقلا عن أرباب السلوك والاحتجاج بها ولها حال وضوحها, وتجاوز ما صادم أصلا كلّيا حال التعارض أو الخفاء.
