Overview
This study aims at displaying the intellectual framework of the logistics management concept and the activities implied within it and investigating the availability degree of the logistics management requirements within the Egyptian engineering industries sector and also studying the relationship a effect of logistics management requirements and its practices on the logistics performance effectiveness ,the researcher has been used the analytical and descriptive approach , as well as, the field study using surveys as a key tool for collecting primary data of research . The researcher has been used complete census method for determining observations from managers of companies under research (the number of observations were .169 observation). The results of the study showed that there are differences between managers of companies according to their perception of logistics management concept and also there are differences between companies according to the availability degree of logistics management requirements and finally there is a significant relationship between logistics performance effectiveness and the availability of logistics requirements in the companies under research.
