Overview
ما تزال قضية إعادة كتابة تاريخ المغرب مرتبطة بإشكالية المصدر، وهو الأمر الذي فرض على المؤرخين ضرورة إغناء رصيدهم الوثائقي، ذلك أن فهم مفصلات هذا التاريخ فهما دقيقًا وسليمًا لا يستقيم دون الاعتماد على الوثيقة المغربية، رغم أن الموجود منها لا يكفي لإنجاز المطلوب، وما هو مخطوط ودفين أهم وأكثر مما هو معروف ومنشور. ومحاولة لملء جزء يسير من هذا الفراغ، يأتي هذا العمل لتسليط الضوء على مخطوط\" تسلية الشريف الإمام الهمام مولانا عبد الرحمان بن هشام\"، ومن خلاله على جوانب من عصر السلطان المغربي عبد الرحمان بن هشام (1822- 1859 م)، عبر تقديم قضاياه المنهجية، والبحث في بواعث تأليفه، ثم رصد قيمته التاريخية.
