Overview
تهدف الدارسة إلى إبراز مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأهميتها كمدخل لحكومة المنظمة، وتسليط الضوء على واقع ممارستها لدى منظمات الأعمال في الجزائر، المغرب وتونس، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود وعي وفهم خاطئ لمفهومها لدى هذه المنظمات و اعتبارها نشاطات ثانوية لا تحتاج قسما خاصا لتسييرها، وانحصار خدمة أهداف أصحاب المصالح في التبرعات الخيرية للجمعيات المحلية ودعم صحة العمال، تسيير الطاقة مع تهميش خدمة أهداف باقي أصحاب المصالح، كذلك عدم اهتمامها بالإفصاح البيئي، وعدم امتلاكها نظام تقييم لأثر ممارساتها الاجتماعية على أدائها.
