Overview
The aim of the research is to reveal the extent to which information disclosure contributes to the investment efficiency of the Egyptian capital market, and the importance of providing this information to investors and to achieve the objectives of the research was conducted a field study on a sample of companies operating in the capital market, through the design of a questionnaire for this purpose, distributed 180 questionnaires were adopted for the purposes of analysis and research 152 questionnaire, or about 85% of the questionnaires distributed. The results of the research show that the disclosure of information plays a role of reassurance and restore confidence in the efficiency of investment capital market has been dealt with through five chapters.
