Overview
اعتمدت الجزائر خلال السنوات الأخيرة مجموعة من البرامج الفلاحية لدعم التنمية الزراعية والتنمية الريفية. أدى هذا الدعم إلى تطور الأنشطة الزراعية من حيث حجمها ومجالاتها مما نجم عنه تطور كبير في حجم النفايات الزراعية. أمام هذا التنوع الكبير للنفايات الزراعية العضوية وغير العضوية والمحددة الكمية وغير محددة الكمية، تبرز الأهمية العلمية للدراسة القانونية لهذه الفئة من النفايات. فمن ناحية تهدف الدراسة إلى تصنيف هذه النفايات ومن ناحية أخرى ترمي إلى حصر الآليات القانونية لمكافحة التلوث الناجم عن النفايات الزراعية.
