Overview
The Deficit in The State's Public Balance Takes Place When its Public Expenses exceeds its Public Earnings; Which is Called The Public Debt. The State shall treat such deficit by borrowing either internally or externally. In this study, We shall focus on handling the Internal Public Debt Burden in Egypt, and the ways to Confront it Within the Period (90/91 - 2008/2009).
