أصبحت المقاولية موضع اهتمام مختلف دول العالم، نظرا لدورها الفعال في رفع مستوى تطور الأمم ورفاهيتها، وتعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أكثر المؤسسات تعدادا في مختلف الاقتصاديات، لذلك تمثل نواة المقاولية ومركزا للتدريب وصقل المهمارات، الا أنها تعانى العديد من العراقيل التى تقف أمام نشأتها وتطورها. nيهدف هذا البحث الي ابراز خصائص شخصية المقاول وبحث امكانية وجودها في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، كما يهدف الي محاولة التعرض الي معوقات المقاولية في هذا النوع من المؤسسات.
