يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الأرباح الناشئة عن استثمار أموال صندوق موظفي وكالة الغوث الدولية لتشغيل اللاجئين (UNRWA) وذلك لبيان حكمها الشرعي، وفي سبيل ذلك لابد من معرفة طبيعة الأدوات المستخدمة في استثمار أموال هذا الصندوق وتكييفها الفقهي وصولا إلى بيان الحكم الشرعي للأرباح الناشئة عن هذا الاستثمار.
