Overview
النقض أحد قوادح العلة المعتبرة عند جمهور الأصوليين التي قد تهدم علة المستدل، فيسعى جاهداً إلى دفعه بشتى الطرق كي تسلم علته وقياسه، وقد اختلف الأصوليون في طرق دفعه، وأولها ما يُعرف بالدفع بمنع الوصف، حيث يمنع المستدل وجود علة الفرع في محل النقض. يأتي هذا البحث للكشف عن هذا الطريق في دفع النقض، وصنيع الأصوليين في تناوله، ومحاولة التقريب بينهم، مع معالجة بعض المسائل الأصولية المتعلقة به.
