Overview
إن طبيعة العلاقة بين الطبيب والمريض تتيح للأول الإطلاع على خصوصيات وأسرار مريضة التي لا يبوح بها الأخير إلا مضطراً. وسواء أكان السر متعلقاً بنفس المرض أم بخصوصيات أخرى أطلع عليها الطبيب بحكم رسالته، فإن هذا السر أمانة في عنقه؛ فإذا ما قام بإفشاء أسرار المريض، فقد تترتب عليه مسئولية جزائرية ومدنية وإدارية.
