Overview
تنتشر البطالة بين الشباب، وزادت بين الخريجين الجامعيين، وبصورة أكبر بين الجامعيات، وخاصة في المجتمعات الفقيرة، وقد شهد سوق العمل الخاص بهن عشوائية وارتباكا في التخطيط خلال سنوات طويلة. وتضاعفت معدلات بطالة الإناث بصورة تفوق نظيرتها الذكور، وذلك حسب توفر فرص العمل من خلال المهن وقطاعات العمل الخاصة بذلك. والأكثر جزياً لعمالة الذكور. ولذلك هناك ضرورة ملحة لتوفير عمل يتناسب مع عمالة الإناث في مجالات جديدة وغير تقليدية. ذلك من خلال تخصصات تعليمية جديدة ومطلوبة في سوق العمل، خاصة بالإناث بعيدا عن المنافسة في سوق العمل مع الذكور.
