تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تجلية مفهوم الأمن الفكري كمصطلح معاصر، والتعرف على أساليب القرآن الكريم في بناء الأمن الفكري، والمحافظة عليه، والاستفادة من هذه الأساليب القرآنية في الدعوة، والإصلاح، والمجادلة بالتي هي أحسن، وتهدف أيضا إلى رد بعض الشبهات التي أثيرت حول الإسلام والمسلمين، ومنها اتهام الإسلام بأنه دين العنف والقتل والتدمير والتخلف، والرد على ذلك بأن الإسلام هو دين السلام والرحمة والإحسان والتحضر والحق.
