تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع السياحة الحلال كمفهوم سياحي جديد يشهد نموا عالمياً في السنوات الأخيرة، وقد أوضحت أهم العوامل المساهمة في نمو هذه الصناعة في العالم، ثم تطرقت لمؤشر السياحة الإسلامي العالمي، أين قامت بالمقارنة بين بعض الدول من خلال هذا المؤشر في الفترة (2015-2017) وفي الأخير، قيّمت الدراسة التجربة الماليزية في هذا المجال وبيّنت أهم مقومات نجاحها وكيف يمكن الإستفادة منها من قبل باقي الدول.
