باعتبار ضعف مؤهلاتهن، تنخرط نساء \"الموقف\" بمدينة فاس في أنشطة تصب في القطاع غير المهيكل وتجعلهن في وضعية لا تسمح بالترقية الاجتماعية ولا تخول الاندماج في الوسط الحضري، مما يعرقل التنمية ويجعل الخروج من الفقر أمراً صعباً. وهي وضعية تفرض اتخاذ مزيداً من التدابير لمحاربة هذه الآفة للرفع من مرتبة المغرب في دليل التنمية البشرية.
