استعرضت الورقة مقدمة مختصرة في العلاج الوجودي. وقد تضمنت ثلاثة نقاط، الأولى تناولت التعريف بالعلاج الوجودي؛ حيث يعد منحى فلسفي يهتم بالوجود الإنساني، والذي يهدف إلى مساعدة الأفراد وإكسابهم إطار نظري شديد الوضوح تجاه الصعوبات المعاشه وذلك من خلال تمكينهم لكي يصبحوا أكثر وعيًا برؤيتهم ومعتقداتهم، وقيمهم. والثانية عرضت نشأة العلاج الوجودي ومن أين جاء. والثالثة أشارت إلى بعض المفاهيم الأساسية في العلاج الوجودي مثل، الحدود والإمكانيات، والهدف والمعنى، والقيم والبحث عن حياة جديدة، والانفعالات وفن العيش مع شدتها، ومواجهة الواقع وحقيقة الوجود الإنساني، وأهمية الوقت والتعلم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
