تتناول هذه الدراسة المكافحة الإدارية والجزائرية لظاهرة الفساد في مجال التحصيل الجبائي، وذلك بالتعرض إلى السياسة الجنائية التي انتهجها المشرع الجزائري في ظل قانون الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، لمواجهة كل صور الفساد الإداري ذات الصبغة التأديبية.nكما تسعى هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على مختلف الأحكام الإدارية الواردة في القانون الإداري، والمتعلقة بالمسؤولية التأديبية في حالة تخل الموظف عنا لواجبات المهنية أو مساسه بالانضباط العام أو في حالة ارتكابه لخطأ أو مخالفة أثناء أو مناسبة تأدية مهامه مما يعرض مرتكبها للعقوبات التأديبية.
