Overview
تتناول هذه الدراسة عملية جمع التبرعات من طرف الجمعيات المدنية والخيرية التي تعتبر أمر ضروري من أجل تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي بين المواطنين؛ لأن الكثير من الناس بحاجة ماسة إلى تحقيق هذا الغرض النبيل، لذلك شهدت الآونة الأخيرة حركة كبيرة ونشاط كبير على شاشات التليفزيون ومواقع الإنترنت وفي المساجد من أجل جمع التبرعات لمعالجة الناس المصابين بأمراض خطيرة في الداخل والخارج. غير أن المشرع الجزائري والتشريع المقارن منع جمع التبرعات إلا بعد إتباع إجراءات معينة يحددها القانون، وإلا عد ذلك جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون.
