Overview
قبل أن نتناول المعاملة الضريبية لبطاقات الاعتماد Credit Card أو الـــ Visa Card فإنه يلزم الوقوف على تعريفها والتعرف على طبيعتها. يرى بعض الفقهاء بأنها صك اسمي يخول من يصدر لمصلحة الحق في الحصول على ما يلزمه من سلع أو خدمات من مؤسسات بعينها يحددها مصدر الصك الذى يلتزم أمامها بالوفاء على أن يكون له حق استرداد ما دفعه من مالك الصك وذلك وفقا للشروط المتفق عليها في العقد المبرم بينهما.
