Overview
يقدم هذا البحث دراسة تنشر لأول مرة لمسجد سيدي خميس بقرية ساحل الجوابر بالمنوفية، والذي يعد من المساجد الهامة ذات القيمة الأثرية والدينية. ويبدأ هذا البحث بدراسة نظرية تلقي الضوء على موقع المسجد وتاريخ إنشائه إلى جانب اسم المنشئ وسبب التسمية، ثم يتناول البحث بالوصف والتحليل تخطيط المسجد بالإضافة إلى عناصره المعمارية والزخرفية من الداخل والخارج، بالإضافة إلى إبراز الطرز الفنية والمعمارية التي انتشرت في الفترة موضوع الدراسة، وأخيراً ينتهي هذا البحث بدراسة سياحية تقدم مجموعة من المقترحات تساهم في إعادة إحياء المسجد وتوظيفه سياحياً.
