Overview
يعتبر المعلم ركيزة أساسية تعتمد عليها التربية في تحقيق غاياتها وأهدافها، غير أن هذا المعلم بحاجة إلى كفاءات خاصة ومؤهلات متنوعة ومتعددة كي يتمكن من إنجاز مهمته على الوجه الأنسب والأكمل. وفي هذا الإطار نتساءل من خلال هذا المقال عن الكيفية التي يجب أن يتم بها إعداد المعلم إعدادا شاملا متعدد الأبعاد تجعله قادرا على استيعاب التنوع والتعدد الثقافي والاجتماعي، وفي نفس الوقت تنميته في نفوس وعقول التلاميذ جيل المستقبل، دون المساس بالوحدة الاجتماعية للمجتمع الذي ينتمي إليه.
