Overview
تؤدي المشاركة البيئية باعتبارها من الحقوق البيئية الإجرائية للإنسان إلى تفعيل وحماية البيئة، وذلك من خلال انخراط مختلف الفواعل في المساهمة في اتخاذ القرار البيئي وتنفيذه وصنع السياسات البيئية. وتلعب الجمعيات باعتبارها فاعلا أساسيا دورا كبيرا في هذا الإطار، حيث نصت مختلف القوانين البيئية وفي مقدمتها القانون رقم 03/10 المتعلق بحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة على مجالات تدخلها والحقوق المعترف لها بها إطار دفاعها عن المصالح البيئية.nتحاول هذه الدراسة الموجزة أمام أهمية المشاركة البيئية للجمعيات، والإطار القانوني الذي يحكمها باختصار، وكذلك المشاكل التي تحد من فعالية هذه المشاركة وكيفية تفعيلها.
