Overview
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة منهج ابن حبان في تعريف المسكوت عليه، وقبول روايته في صحيحه، وسيقتصر عملي على تعريف المسكوت عليه عند ابن حبان، وعند أئمة الحديث، ومن ثمّ مقارنة رأيه برأيهم، ومعرفة الصواب في هذه القضية الشائكة، والتي هي المسائل التي أثيرت حول منهج ابن حبان وصحيحه، وكانت سبباً للتقليل من شأن منهج ابن حبان وصحيحيه، ولأنّه إذا ثبت أنّ ابن حبان كان مصيبا في منهجه بالأخذ برواية من سكت عليه الأئمة إن ثبت فعلا أنهم سكتوا عليهم أكون قد وصلت إلى تجلية مسألة من المسائل الشائكة حول ابن حبان، وبالتالي تكون أحاديثهم في دائر القبول لا الردّ كما فعله بعض العلماء المحدثين من تضعيف روايات في صحيحه رواتها قيل إنّه مسكوت عليهم أو أنهم مجاهيل.
