Overview
تتناول هذه الدراسة النظام القانوني للتعويض الإداري والإضرار التي تحدث في العملية الإدارية الناجمة عن العقود التي تبرمها الإدارة مع الإفراد، وذلك بهدف الوصول إلى تحقيق العدالة فيما بين المتعاقدين وتحقيق المصلحة العامة من خلال معرفة مفهوم العقد الإداري وخصائصه وأسسه القانونية، ومعرفة مفهوم التعويض الإداري وصوره والضوابط التي تتحكم به وتحديد السلطة المختصة بالتعويض، بناء على ذلك قسمنا هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين مسبوقين بمطلب تمهيدي وانتهينا بخاتمة تتضمن الاستنتاجات والمقترحات الخاصة بالموضوع.
