Overview
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد مقياس التوافق النفسي لدى المعلمات المطلقات والتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية على عينة بلغت (100) معلمة، واستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي بطريقة المكونات الأساسية، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المقياس يتشبع على خمس عوامل، كما تمتع المقياس بثبات مرتفع حيث بلغت قيمة ألفا كرونباخ للمقياس ككل (0.88)، وتميز أيضاً باتساق داخلي مرتفع.
