Overview
The research, discusses how to develop the comparative advantage of the date industry in Saudi Arabia arid turn it into a competitive advantage by following the strategy of industrial clusters. The research found a proposal to develop the competitive advantage of date exports in the Kingdom by determining the competitive position of the queen in the date industry, with a proposal to form a regional industrial cluster in the Kingdom that can contribute to the competitive advantage of the industry. The researcher used quantitative indicators suitable for the economic analysis of the industry.
