Overview
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة جديدة عن أثر الفن الإسلامي على الفن المسيحي الأندلسي من خلال دراسة نماذج الكتابات العربية في العمارة المدجنة الأندلسية، حيث يقدم البحث نماذج هامة عن الكتابات العربية في كنائس وأديرة طليطلة وقرائتها وبيان طرق تنفيذها وأنواع خطوطها، وهو بذلك يعرض لجانب هام من جوانب الفن الإسلامي الغير معروفة، ويلقي الضوء على كتابات عربية منفذة في عمائر دينية مسيحية من الصعب معرفتها، أو دراستها نظرا لطبيعة المنشآت المشيدة بها، وبخاصة فيما يتعلق بأديرة الراهبات بطليطلة التي من الصعب السماح بزيارتها لبعض رجال الدين المسيحي.
