Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان رقابة القضاء على حكم التحكيم وفقا للقانون الأردني في ضوء اتفاقية نيويورك لسنة 1958. وتتمثل رقابة القضاء في صورتين هما: رقابة القضاء على حكم التحكيم من خلال طلب إبطاله، ورقابة القضاء على حكم التحكيم الأجنبي عند تنفيذه. ولهذا الغرض قسم البحث إلى مبحثين أساسيين بالإضافة إلى مبحث تمهيدي تناول أوجه التعاون بين القضاء والتحكيم، فيما تناول المبحث الأول دعوى بطلان حكم المحكمين، أما المبحث الثاني فعالج طلب تنفيذ حكم المحكمين. وختمت الدراسة بخاتمة اشتملت على النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت لها الدراسة.
