Overview

The research aimed to answer a number of questions: How is the efforts of the educational elites in the development of educational thought and education within the community? And what are the most important roles they can play to activate the movement of this educational thought? And what are the most important features of the educational crisis that prevent the educational elite to play this role? What are the most important requirements required to activate the role of the educational elite in the promotion of thought and educational science? And found that whatever the status of the educational elite and the size of its role on the one hand, and whatever the crises it suffers on the other hand, it is nevertheless necessary to build a modem educational society, and walk towards the prospects for progress and renewal and development, 1- The existence of educational elite educated and creative and fair and purification, fear and fear of God, and make the public interest before their personal interest. 2- Awareness of the members of the educational elite with the development of educational thought, what happened in it, and what they want, and self-criticism of what it has done and the role it plays. 3- The educational elite stop the arrogance that it sets for itself, and the manufacture of pseudo-educational illusions, ranks the educational priorities, not according to their own benefit, nor according to the needs that provide continuity 4- The internal cohesion of the educational elite, as it enables them to defend their beliefs and interests in the face of others 5- Renewing the blood of the educational elite, by incorporating new elements more able to deal with the new educational changes in society. 6- Strengthening the relations of the educational elite with the educational and educational institutions that exercise their influence and influence through them. 7- Enjoy the educational elite intellectual and moral independence, because if lost independence turned into a tool to stifle the educational truth. 8- Provide sufficient freedom that enables the educational elite to speak the voice of educational science, which must be high on all other voices of science. 9- Demanding the educational elite to be careful and cautious in the visions of education and education, which is intended to impose on the educational community
