Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان الحكم الشرعي للتعامل بالنقود الرقمية باعتبارها إحدى وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية المعاصرة، وهي عبارة عن قيم نقدية مخزنة في صورة أرقام على جهاز إلكتروني أو في برامج حاسوبية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا مانع شرعاً من التعامل بالنقود الرقمية، بشرط خلوها من الربا، وانسجامها مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية وقواعدها العامة، وضرورة تقنينها بالقوانين الرسمية حتى لا تصبح وسيلة لمفاسد كثيرة يمكن تلافيها، وتوصى الباحثة بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات الشرعية والقانونية لضبطها وجعلها أكثر وضوحاً.
