Overview
تعتبر المحكمة الجنائية الدولية من أهم الأليات القضائية الجنائية على المستوي الدولي، وعليه سعت دولة فلسطين المحتلة إلى الانضمام إليها عدة مرات. أين كانت أخر محاولة لتقديم طلب الانضمام لدولة فلسطين في عام2014، حيث كان محل دراسة من قبل المدعي العام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية والذي لقي قبول في يناير .2015 وبقبول طلب انضمامها صادقت دولة فلسطين المحتلة على النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية في 04 يناير 2015 والذي دخل حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لها في 01 أبريل 2015 وبهذا أصبحت دولة فلسطين المحتلة تتمتع بحقوق الدولة الطرف وتلتزم بواجباتها
