Overview
تعتبر ظاهرة الفساد الإداري والمالي بصورة خاصة ظاهرة عالمية شديدة الانتشار ذات جذور عميقة تأخذ أبعادا واسعة تتداخل فيها عوامل مختلفة يصعب التمييز بينها وتختلف درجة شموليتها من مجتمع إلى أخر. حيث تعد ظاهرة الفساد الإداري من الظواهر الخطيرة التي تواجه البلدان وعلى الأخص النامية حيث أخذت تنخر في جسم مجتمعاتها حيث شلة عملية البناء والتنمية الاقتصادية والتي تنطوي على تدمير الاقتصاد. حيث بينا أن للفساد الإداري وجوه أخرى متعددة ومتنوعة. وفي مقدمتها الرشوة والمحسوبية والمحاباة وغير من الأمور الأخرى التي تؤدي الأضرار بالمصالح العامة والتي تعد من الفساد الإداري.
