Overview
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة ونشر لفلس فريد ربما يرجع إلى العصر العباسي أو الحمداني يحمل اسم الأمير زهير بن عيسى يليه اسم الموصل باعتباره حاكما عليها، وهذا الفلس لم يسبق نشره أو دراسته من قبل، ويتضمن كتابات غير مسبوقة لا مثيل لها على النقود الإسلامية، وهى أن الأمير زهير بن عيسى يأمر جند الأعداء بالهرب (الانسحاب) رضاء لله لوقف الهجوم، وحيث إنه لم يصلنا فلوس عباسية ترجع للقرنيين الثالث والرابع الهجريين/ التاسع والعاشر الميلاديين تحمل هذه الكتابة الموجودة على الفلس، ولهذا يعد هذا الفلس إضافة جديدة للفلوس الإسلامية التي ترجع إلى للقرنيين الثالث والرابع الهجريين/ التاسع والعاشر الميلاديين.
