Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التنويه بدور الشركات النفطية في صناعة التلوث، من خلال تأثيراتها المتزايدة على البيئة المحيطة بها كالهواء والمسطحات المائية التي يتم فيها نقل البترول من منطقة لأخرى، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر قد تبنت العديد من النصوص القانونية والإجراءات الميدانية الكفيلة بمحاربة صناعة التلوث النفطي للبيئة، إلا أن هذه الجهود تبقى غير كافية وفي حاجة إلى تحديث ومتابعة.
