Overview
إن التطور العلمي والتكنولوجي في مختلف المجالات أدى إلى ظهور أشكال إجرامية متعددة، وبذلك لم تعد أساليب البحث والتحري التقليدية كافية وفعالة لمواجهة هذه الأشكال الإجرامية الجديدة، مما استدعى الأمر ضرورة اعتماد إجراءات حديثة تتماشى والطرق الإجرامية المتبعة. وتبعا لذلك قام المشرع الجزائري بتبني أساليب خاصة للتحري عن الجريمة المنظمة بصفة عامة وجرائم الفساد بصفة خاصة.
