Overview
استهدفت الدراسة طلبة من تخصصات العلوم الغير تجارية، لدراسة أهم محددات اختيارهم للمقاولة والعمل الخاص كمسار مهني. أشارت الدراسات السابقة إلى أن طلبة التخصصات التجارية لهم ميول نحو المقاولة، غير أن هذه الأخيرة والعمل الخاص ليس حكرا على طلبة التخصصات التجارية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن محدد التوجه المقاولاتي للطلبة، هو الرقابة السلوكية المدركة. ولم يتم رصد تأثير للمواقف، المعايير الاجتماعية، وموضع التحكم الداخلي على التوجه المقاولاتي.
