Overview
الأرشيف هو المكان الذي يحفظ التراث الفكري الوطني، تحقيقا لحاجات البحث العلمي، ومستودعا لحفظ ذاكرة الأمة، فهو مجموعة من الملفات والوثائق المحفوظة بطرق معينة؛ يمكن استرجاعها يدويا، لكن الكوارث الطبيعية والبشرية كثيرا ما هددت سلامته، فلابد من تحديد هذه المخاطر لاتخاذ سبل الوقاية والتأمين، بواسطة الطرق العلمية، مع محاولة وضع توصيات مهمة تهدف إلى تحقيق بيئة آمنة تحسبا لوقوع الكوارث المفاجئة بالاستعداد المسبق لها، واستعراض واقع التشريعات القانونية المحلية وقصورها.
