تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيين أهمية نوعية المؤسسات بالنسبة لجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي نحو الجزائر وذلك من خلال ثلاث محاور: nأولا: التعرف على مفهوم المؤسسات ومؤثراتها، وكذلك تأثيرها على حركة الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة. nثانيا: الوقوف على نوعية المؤسسات في الجزائر من خلال مؤشرات الحوكمة، مؤشر المخاطر القطرية، مؤشر مدركات الفساد، مؤشرات ممارسة أنشطه الأعمال ومحور المؤسسات لتقرير التنافسية العالمي. nثالثا: عرض واقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، مع الإثارة إلى أهمية نوعية المؤسسات فى تفسير ضعف وتراجع الاستثمارات الأجنبية.
