هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم وأحدث أساليب إدارة الجودة، ألا وهو أسلوب الانحراف السداسي ومعرفة مدى توفر المتطلبات الضرورية لتطبيقه في المؤسسات الخدمية ومدى تأثير ذلك على تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة، حيث تم التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بأسلوب الانحراف السداسي؛ عرض المبادئ التي يقوم عليها والأدوات التي يرتكز عليها بالإضافة إلى التطرق إلى متطلبات تطبيقه. كما تم الاعتماد على استمارة بحث موجهة لعينة من الموظفين بالفرع الإقليمي للخدمات الاجتماعية والثقافية لمؤسسة نفطال الجزائرية لقياس ومعرفة مدى توفر متطلبات تطبيق أسلوب الانحراف السداسي ومدى تطبيق مبادئه بالمؤسسة، بالإضافة إلى قياس أثر ذلك على تحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها المؤسسة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تتوفر على جملة من متطلبات تطبيق أسلوب الانحراف السداسي، كما أنها تطبق عددا من مبادئ هذا الأسلوب مما ينعكس على مستوى جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها.
