Overview
背景与目的研究乳腺癌患者化疗药物敏感性差异,探讨原代肿瘤细胞三维立体培养法化疗药物敏感性检测（CD-DST）在乳腺癌个体性化疗中的意义。
方法采用CD-DST法检测乳腺癌原发病灶肿瘤组织120例（粗针吸活检10例，手术110例）对5种乳腺癌常用化疗药物（紫杉醇、表阿霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶、顺铂、诺维本）的敏感性，观察检测成功率、患者问药物敏感性的个体差异及检测结果与临床应用效果的吻合度。
