人输卵管内膜干细胞和输卵管间充质干细胞生物学特性的比较研究

Overview
目的探讨人输卵管内膜中是否存在干细胞,并比较输卵管内膜干细胞（FMSC）与输卵管间充质干细胞（FTMSC）的生物学特性。方法体外分离、培养及扩增人FMSC和FTMSC,比较两种干细胞的细胞形态、细胞表型、克隆形成率、增殖能力和分化能力。结果体外分离、培养及扩增的两种干细胞均呈长梭形,细胞形态相似,但与FTMSC比较,FMSC形态更为均一,有更高的细胞累积群倍数,克隆形成检测也显示其克隆形成率较高。流式细胞术检测显示两种干细胞有相似的细胞表型,体外诱导分化结果显示两者都具有成骨、成脂肪及成软骨分化能力。结论输卵管内膜层存在干细胞,且FMSC较FTMSC有更强的增殖能力,推测FMSC较FTMSC有更高的临床应用价值。
